I feel very well looked after at this practice. All the staff I have come into contact with have been polite, cheerful and helpful. Receptionists, back room staff, GPs and nurses. When I’ve needed help sorting a problem they couldn’t have been more helpful and will go that extra mile - which is unusual these days.

Upset by the attitude and response of a receptionist when I asked if our GP could kindly call me back about our daughter’s recently deteriorating health; was told that it would not be until 48 hours later as ‘it was not an emergency’; when she continued to question me about my daughter’s illness, I had to tell her that she was not the appropriate person as a receptionist whom I needed to give all this information. Only then she offered the option that the duty doctor on that day could call me back. She had earlier told me that as our own GP was the duty doctor on the following day he could not call me as he was only for emergencies. This upset me to the point of tears - if only she had known the seriousness of our family situation... Even a silent listening would have been therapeutic.

I've been quite ill over the summer, and have been incredibly grateful for the level of care and attention given to me by the practice, including Dr Mittal, and the reception staff. Everyone has been kind, friendly and supportive. Specialist appointments were made quickly and the level of follow-up excellent.

It seems to be a bit hit and miss. I’m facing a complex health issue. I can’t seem to get continuity of care, always a different GP. The receptionist this morning was very unhelpful after I was told to come in at a specific time. She lectured me like I was a 6 year old triggering a panic attack she was completely oblivious to. Not helping at all when you’re stressed up already.
